Garlic
Best ayurvedic treatment for hypertension high blood pressure is garlic. Garlic is referred as the gift of nature. We all are aware about the medicinal properties of garlic. Consuming two cloves of garlic regularly in the morning on empty stomach can reduce the trouble of high blood pressure easily. If you are unable to consume the raw garlic cloves then boil 3-4 garlic cloves in cupful of milk and when the garlic cloves are cooked, drink the milk along with the garlic.

Onion
Onion is the best natural ayurvedic treatment for high blood pressure in pregnancy.  It is advised to consume a full onion daily. If it is not possible to consume the raw onion then you can make an onion salad using chopped onion, curd and salt. White onion carries more medicinal qualities that red onion. You can even crush the onion and squeeze the juice out of it. Mix honey with it and consume it to lower blood pressure naturally.

Honey
Honey can prove best to soothe the blood vessels and control the blood pressure. It is necessary to consume 2 spoons of honey twice a day for better results. This remedy can be used by the diabetic patients also as honey do not leave any adverse effect on blood sugar level.

Lemon
Lemon is used for natural and ayurvedic herbal remedies for high blood pressure. Lemon is also considered as the very good treatment for controlling high blood pressure. The blood pressure patients are advised to consume lemon juice regularly by adding a pinch of salt in it.

Fenugreek seeds
We all know that the fenugreek seeds are useful in controlling blood sugar level, but it is proved that these seeds are equally useful in decreasing blood pressure level. Soak some fenugreek seeds in water overnight and morning before eating anything drink this water and chew the seeds.

Pepper
Pepper is uses as the best ayurvedic medicine for high blood pressure India. This spicy food item carries many medicinal properties and thus is very beneficial for health. Black pepper is very good treatment for blood pressure. Use black pepper in whole or in powder form in your regular diet. You can sprinkle the powder on salads, soups or even on fruits.

Banana
This fruit contains very less amount of sodium and has no cholesterol. The regular consumption of 1 or 2 bananas per day can be very helpful in controlling blood pressure.

Watermelon seeds

Crush dried watermelon seeds and boil it in water for nearly 20 minutes. After cooling filter the mixture and drink it to lower down your blood pressure. Other than the above mentioned things dried fruits like raisins and apricot also help to control blood pressure.
