 Day4: Milk and Banana day
Drink milk and banana whenever you want or banana milk shake, 2 Chapati with dal for lunch
Day5: Tomato Day
Eat only tomatoes whenever you are hungry. A cup of rice and dal for lunch
Day6: Veg day
Take cooked or raw vegetables with chapatti for breakfast, boiled veg for lunch,  a cup of rice with vegetables for dinner.
Day7: Fruit and Vegetable Day
Take more fruits and vegetables, a cup of rice and dal for lunch, Take 2 chapati with vegetables for dinner.
Note: Drink more water, no timing for taking fruits and vegetables.
